Manufactured to exacting tolerance, tubes are both airtight and leakproof. Tubes maintain sample integrity from freezer to refrigerator to centrifuge. Clarified polypropylene resin construction provides chemical-resistance, low protein binding and visibility of contents. Improved tube and cap design increases mechanical strength to withstand aggressive centrifugal forces. The 15 mL tube has a mximum RCF of 8500 x g while the 50 mL tube’s maximum RCF is 9500 x g. Tubes are graduated and feature a convenient writing surface. All tubes are sterile and come in racks or bags of 50 (15 mL) or 25 (50 mL) in cases of 500.
