This waterproof portable turbidimeter allows the user to measure turbidity quickly and efficiently in the range of 0–1000NTU with a choice of units: NTU, FTU, FNU, ASBC, or EBC. In the range of 0–40NTU the meter offers a ratiometric range that provides EPA, GLI method-2 equivalent numbers. It offers a dual source LED that allows readings that comply with both EPA 180.1 and ISO 7027. Turbidimeter has a typical battery life of 2500 hours on four AA batteries, and a datalog capacity of 100 points which can later be downloaded to a printer or computer through the RS-232 interface. It also offers excellent correlation with online turbidity instruments and accepts 2.5cm (1") cuvettes
